
Okay this is going to be a long post. Here it goes.
So this morning, we had the Live Sound Reinforcement Group Proficiency Test with James.
This Live Sound Reinforcement Group Proficiency Test involved the setting up and operating of various audio equipment which would actually be used in a practical live sound situation.
Each group were given a series of tasks to complete within a stated time limit. Thank God my group, Group D, managed to do it in time. And PASS.
In the afternoon, we had a Jazz recording session in the studio.
It was really cool because the “band” that played all the Jazz pieces for the recording were either teachers, or alumni, of LASALLE College Of The Arts.
Overall I felt that it was a good recording session. Plus, the recording session finished pretty quickly. Great.
